Returns & Refunds policy

Each artwork is carefully created and inspected to ensure it meets the highest quality standards before leaving the studio.

Due to the nature of original handmade artworks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You will be required to provide clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage so that we can assess the situation.

Where appropriate, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • refund

Important Notes
All artworks are handmade and may include natural variations in texture, surface and detail. These are not considered defects but part of the artistic process.

Minor variations in colour due to screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered faults.

Custom & Commissioned Artworks
Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.
